Program description
The SidelineOps HQ SMS program provides optional, non-marketing athletic-program alerts to parents and guardians who expressly opt in. Messages may include schedule changes, event cancellations, and closely related team logistics.
Consent
Consent is collected through a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of signup, participation, purchase, or use of SidelineOps HQ.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on athletic schedule activity and alerts generated by the program. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier and mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent unless you provide valid consent again. Reply HELPfor assistance, or email support@sidelineopshq.com.
Privacy
Mobile information and messaging consent are handled according to the SidelineOps HQ SMS Privacy Policy. SidelineOps HQ does not share mobile information or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
