Mobile information is not used for marketing
SidelineOps HQ does not share, sell, rent, transfer, or provide mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all data-sharing arrangements.
Information collected
When a parent or guardian voluntarily opts in, SidelineOps HQ collects the mobile phone number, the date and time of consent, the source and version of the consent disclosure, and the athletic program associated with the request.
How mobile information is used
Mobile information is used only to provide requested operational athletic-program alerts, including schedule changes, event cancellations, and closely related team logistics. SidelineOps HQ does not send promotional or third-party marketing messages through this program.
Messaging service providers
Contracted messaging providers process mobile information only on SidelineOps HQ's behalf to deliver and support messages requested by the user. They are not permitted to use mobile information, opt-in data, or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent, frequency, and choice
SMS consent is optional, is collected through a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default, and is not a condition of signup or service. Message frequency varies based on schedule activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
