How parents opt in

A school or athletic program provides a program-specific SidelineOps HQ parent signup link.
The parent selects the player associated with the program and enters contact information.
The parent may independently select the optional SMS checkbox shown below.
The checkbox is unchecked by default and signup can be completed without selecting it.
Only an affirmative checkbox selection with a valid mobile number records SMS consent.
